PROWIDE DEVELOPMENT for many years to help them build their
investment thesis and search for potential targets.

As NED, we can intervene on several levels. From the audit to the
support of acquired companies.

Due Diligence et Audit: we intervene to understand the
operational model of the target company, analyze and measure its
performance, and give our recommendations in a rigorous and
documented manner. For this, we use audit and measurement tools.
This allows us to also be able to provide answers within the
framework of the “Best Practices” of our industry and to offer means
of benchmarking.

Operating Partner: as part of the constant development of
this practice, investors want to have seasoned professionals at
their side who can help and supervise the implementation of
development plans for their investments.

Thus, as a representative of the investment company, we support the
